Power creep

This open wheel car is one of two original open wheel cars. Hence, it's not surprising that it was slightly hit by a powercreep when it comes to its top speed.

I've been playing all manner of gacha games since 2015 and have seen the good and bad of these gaps. Being a year or two behind gives some pretty handy insight into future powercreep, character banners, and team meta that can help with currency management, especially if you're a free-to-play gamer.

In a series featuring a long line of characters prone to powercreep, Grace represents a soft reset. It's an approach that I can get behind on paper; it's almost impossible to experience much semblance of horror when you're piloting a superhuman wielding an RPG.

There's also the Shattered Throne dungeon, which has essentially been powercrept out of providing any meaningful challenge. Cool to experience once, but outside of the exotic Wish-Ender, there's not any reason to visit.

The biggest reason that the mace has powercrept the rest of Minecraft's weapons is the amount of damage it's able to deal. The weapon is able to convert distance fallen into bonus damage without any sort of cap.

You probably should save any free upgrade materials for a character that isn't likely to be powercrept by a decent pull a few weeks after launch, but the choice is ultimately yours.
